In 2003, FremantleMedia merged Talkback with Thames, forming talkbackTHAMES. Both companies retained separate identities until 2005.

Second Era

2012–2018

Thames

In 2012, FremantleMedia split Talkback Thames into four companies, Talkback for comedy entertainment, Thames for mainstream entertainment, Boundless for factual programming and Retort for scripted comedy.

2018-present

Thames dhx

In 2018, FremantleMedia was acquired and folded into DHX Media. As a result, Thames, along with all former FremantleMedia units, became subsidiaries of DHX Media.
